This page describes the information handled by the JigLoom website’s project enquiry and career application forms. Contact contact@jigloom.com with questions about your information.
What you share
The form collects your name, email address, selected services and project brief. You can also provide a company name, website, budget, timeline and NDA request. Please avoid sending credentials, sensitive personal information or confidential project material before an appropriate agreement is in place.
When a position is open, applications also collect the role, location or time zone, availability, résumé link, optional portfolio link, relevant work and consent to review. These details are used to evaluate that application and contact you about the position. No application can be submitted for a closed role.
How your enquiry is used
JigLoom uses these details to assess your enquiry and communicate with you about the project. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Delivery and abuse prevention
The website sends your enquiry to JigLoom through Resend, an email delivery service. Your email address is set as the reply address so we can respond directly. Email providers and the website host also process information needed to deliver messages and operate their services.
The form stores temporary hashes for rate limiting and duplicate-submission prevention, in SQLite locally or a shared Redis service on Vercel. Counters expire within an hour; receipts expire after 48 hours (local cleanup occurs on subsequent requests). The application’s spam database does not store the text of your brief. This website does not configure advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Your enquiry after submission
Your message remains in JigLoom’s email systems for responding to and managing the enquiry. To request access, correction or deletion of information you sent us, email contact@jigloom.com from the address used for the enquiry. Any ongoing engagement may have additional confidentiality and data handling terms agreed separately.
